The wheeled disc silage harvester is a self-propelled silage harvesting device that integrates "cutting, conveying, chopping, grain crushing, and high-position throwing". It is equipped with a high-efficiency disc cutting header and adopts a wheeled walking design, specially built for flat large fields, large-scale planting bases, and pastures. It is suitable for harvesting green fodder such as whole corn plants, sweet sorghum, king grass, and pasture. 1. Working principle

During the autonomous walking process of the equipment, the disc cutting header quickly cuts the green fodder. After being organized by the crop divider, it is evenly fed into the chopping chamber by the conveyor chain. The high-speed knife roller chops it to the set length, while the grain crushing device completes corn grain crushing. Finally, the finished silage is accurately thrown into the trailer through the high-position throwing cylinder. The whole process is automated and continuous, without manual intervention in intermediate links.

2. Operation process

Startup debugging → Setting parameters (chopping length, throwing height) → Autonomous walking → Disc cutting → Conveying and feeding → Chopping and crushing → High-position throwing → Continuous operation/transfer. The whole process is efficient and coherent, greatly saving manpower and time costs.
