Working Principle and Operation Process

1. Working principle

The equipment walks autonomously through the crawler chassis. The front disc cutting header synchronously completes green fodder cutting and picking up. After being organized by the crop divider, it is evenly fed into the chopping chamber by the sealed conveyor chain. The high-speed knife roller chops it to the set length, while the grain crushing device completes corn grain crushing. The processed silage is accurately thrown into the trailer through the high-position throwing cylinder, or formed and dropped to the ground through the bundling device. The whole process is automated and continuous, without manual intervention in intermediate links.

2. Operation process

Startup debugging → Setting operation parameters (chopping length, throwing height) → Crawler autonomous walking → Disc cutting and picking up → Conveying and feeding → Chopping and crushing → High-position throwing/bundling → Finished product entering vehicle/dropping to ground → Continuous operation/transfer. The whole process is efficient and coherent, greatly saving manpower and time costs.
