1. Working principle

After the equipment is started, the picker fits the ground to pick up scattered materials in the field, and is evenly fed into the compression bin through the conveyor chain. The materials are compressed into uniformly dense bales through hydraulic or mechanical pressure, and the knotter automatically completes the tying and breaking operations. The formed bales are automatically transported to the wrapping unit; The wrapping roller drives the PE film to wrap the bales in multiple layers. After the wrapping is completed, the film automatically breaks. Finally, the finished wrapped bales are sent to the ground through the unloading device, and the entire process is automated and continuous without manual intervention in the intermediate links, achieving the integration of "picking bundling wrapping".
