The bundling and wrapping integrated machine is a fully automatic agricultural equipment that integrates "picking up, compression and bundling, and automatic wrapping". It is specially designed for the storage of materials such as corn straw, pasture, silage, and rice straw. It can realize one-stop operation from field scattered materials to sealed wrapped finished products. It core solves the pain points of traditional material storage such as easy mildew, inconvenient transportation, and nutrient loss. After wrapping, the materials can be stored for 1-3 years, adapting to various harsh environments such as high cold, high temperature, and high humidity. Working Principle and Operation Process
1. Working principle
After the equipment is started, the picker picks up the field scattered materials close to the ground, and evenly feeds them into the compression bin through the conveyor chain. The materials are compressed into grass bales of uniform density through hydraulic or mechanical pressure. The knotter automatically completes rope tying and rope cutting operations, and the formed grass bales are automatically conveyed to the wrapping unit. The wrapping machine drives the PE film to wrap the grass bales in multiple layers. After wrapping, the film is automatically cut, and finally the finished wrapped grass bales are conveyed to the ground through the unloading device. The whole process is automated and continuous, without manual intervention in intermediate links, realizing the integration of "picking up-bundling-wrapping".
2. Operation process
Startup debugging → Setting parameters (bale specification, density, wrapping layers) → Equipment moving/fixed operation → Picking up scattered materials → Conveying and feeding → Compression and forming → Automatic rope tying → Conveying to wrapping unit → Automatic wrapping → Automatic film cutting → Finished bale unloading → Continuous operation. The whole process is efficient and coherent, greatly saving manpower and time costs, and improving material storage efficiency.
